Building Repairs on Romar House in Orange Beach, AL

This project involved major renovations to the exterior of the building, including concrete structural and spall repairs, new water proofing envelope system, fabrication and installation of new handrails and coating of existing doors and windows.

Concrete repairs to structural columns were done with the inclusion of temporary shoring during process, along with engineer inspections and final approval. As a member of Internation Concrete Repair Institute, Coastal makes these repairs using the most current process that has been approved.

The new water proofing and coating project involved the use of long warrantied sealants and coatings. The coating was done with a self-cleaning product to keep the building looking exceptional for years to come.

All handrails were replaced with Kynar coated handrails made to exceed current Miami Dade standards. This system is composed of a surface mounted system to help protect the balconies over time.
