Building Repairs on Phoenix V in Orange Beach, AL
Coastal was chosen as the concrete renovation company for repairs within the concrete and stucco system. The repairs included over 1/4 mile of crack repairs, over 400 post pocket repairs and approximately 50,000 sf of spall repairs. Repairs were made successfully on an accelerated schedule with the use of 12 swing stages and appropriate manpower to complete the project prior to summer rental season.
