Island Sunrise – Waterproof Enevlope/Post tension repair
This building underwent a mojor color change onthe exterior. While coaitng all exterior sealants were replaced makeing the building water tight for years to come. All entry doors were prepped and recoated. Portios of the handrials were replaced along with assistance on a major post tension cable repair program.
