Building Exterior Renovation
Coastal was chosen to complete the north side renovation of Island Sunrise including the replacement of new windows and a recoating of the entire building.
New windows greatly increased the aesthetics of north side of the building while solving air and water intrusion issues caused by the older windows.
Along with a new self-cleaning coating, repaired portions of the building now have a modern appearance and have solved water intrusion issues. The building has selected Coastal Contractors to replace the remaining windows and doors along with a deck coating system applied to the owner balconies and north walkways in the Fall of 2023.
