Roof Repair and Coating Project at Hotel Indigo
Following Hurricane Sally, Coastal Contractors was retained as the remediation contractor for repairs related to the storm. The project included a complete replacement of the unique roofing system and a full envelope sealing project. The roofing project included replacement of the damaged membrane and insulation down to the deck with installation of a new system over the intricate roofing details. The sealing project included replacement of door and window sealants, replacements of all joints and installation of a self-cleaning coating system to keep the building looking new for years to come. The project was completed while hotels and shops remained opened. Guest and workers’ safety were of utmost importance while completing this project.
