Slider Door/Window Repalcement and coating project
The building was experiencing major water and air infiltration. Multiple units were dealing with high moisture and the issues which arise from this problem. The project consisted of a complete recoating of the exterior of the building and replacement of the East, West and South Facing doors and windows. The project successfully solved the high humidity issue that was persistent to the building. With self-cleaning coating, the building looks as well as is performs for years to come.
